I want to know how to create the following, minus the title. It need not be created with the bullet mechanism, just preferred.

I have descriptive bullets like in the image, and I want them to be left indented so that writing new text appears on the right, but the bullets are aligned on the left.



Edit: nevermind problem solved, I fooled around with tables and invisible borders and got it working
