It appears that somehow I dumped my whole file into a Word field, and now I can't undo the process. My document has MathType equations, Headers, and Word Equation number hyperlinks. Nothing too special. I've attached file. How do I get the content out and/or return the file to its original form; i.e., it is not all in a Word field. Thanks!

Select everything between the outer pair of field braces, cut it to the clipboard, delete the field braces, then paste the content back into the document.
