I just was switched from a Windows XP desktop to a Windows 10 Laptop, both with MS Office 2013 installed. In the same-size window for a Word doc., the Ribbon icons are now huge and the spacing larger, so many fewer Styles can now be seen and less of the document can be seen vertically. This is making it difficult to use the small set of styles (11 in total) that I want to use. Under Windows XP, I could see all 11 styles.

Please let users determine the size of the Ribbon contents, and all other menus/controls, for that matter.
