Hi Paul
Apologies for the delay and many thanks for your response. Your solution seems to have fixed the issue as I haven't had a recurrence. Out of trying to have a clearer understanding, why does inserting a new paragraph & copying up to but not including that marker work? Many thanks. Kenneth
