dear experts,
i want to add a db to a template - in order to put the data of a calendar that is stored in the db to the Calendar-template. see here the template-layout. Code:

Christmas etc. etx See the attached template - note: since i am _not_ able to upload a libreoffice - file called odt i uploaded it as word file: and of course -see the db that is the base of the data - called kalender.odb - note: since i am _not_ able to upload a libreoffice db-file i zip it for upload the issue: the DB cannot be attached to the template: in other words: on serial-print fields were recognized ... i have tried allmost every thing. but i stuck right now can you help me |

Since you're using Open Office and not Microsoft Office, you should ask in a forum for Open Office. In Word, though, it seems what you're after could be done quite simply via a label mailmerge.

i work with Libreoffice - but i hope i can fix it. it is a rude issue and i would be glad if i can get this fixed. again - many many thanks for all your help |

hello dear all
well i just hae created some data that need to go into the vertical view - in other words the portrait-VIiew: PLZ See the folllowing dataset - qiustion : well i guess that i woulld be able to put this dataset into a __handmade__ calendar tempalte - that i fill with coy apser note: see the date Quote:
Note: these texts need to go into the portrait - calendar template. what do you guess - now all i need is to have such a portrait calendar-template. Then i can go on.. what do you say!? |

As previously mentioned, in Word you could do what you want with a label mailmerge. I see no evidence you've tried that...
