When you insert a hyperlink, click on the Target Frame button and choose New Window. You can set this as default if all links should behave the same way.
This will add a tag in the head section of the html which says <base target="_blank">.

Guessed,
That worked perfectly except the within document "Back to Top"s are also opening in a new window. So, it looks like I will have to Target Frame each hyperlink individually instead of checking the default action to jump to a new window. (I don't want the hyperlinks to an internal bookmark to open in a new window.) Thanks! Regards, leaning |
