Suddenly yesterday my new documents in Word doesn't use the right template anymore !

I think Word just generates a new Normal.Dotm and use that !

When I open Normal.dotm directly from Filemaneger it looks allright and it's placed in the right folder !



I use MS Office 365 ...

What is wrong here ?

The right folder is the folder designated in Word as your User Templates Folder. This may or may not be the default folder: C:\Users\ user name \AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

Unless you've set your save location for custom templates to the same location, it is not that folder.

I have that set right ...
I think the Normal.Dotm some times is corrupt and is prevented from opening and then Word generates a new "standard" one ... without MY changes to it.
