Default Making paragraph text skip over a landscape page

Hello

I am writing thesis document. All the pages are portrait. Now I have inserted a landscape page in order to make it fit to a table that was very wide. I did that with section breaks.

Now the problem is, before that landscape page, I have text in a paragraph that does not end right before this landscape page. I want this paragraph to continue after this specific landscape page, so to say skip this page and continue after the landscape page.

Now I don't know how to do this, I have tried adding a page break before section break but obviously that is not the solution. If I don't do that than pretty much white space is left at the end of the page preceding this landscape one, which looks bad.

I would be thankful for any help.
Thanks
