Default Interactive Filtering in Word

This is what I am trying to do and I was wondering if it was possible to do in Word:

I have one very large Word document with 3 different components. 1) General Processes 2) Processes for 'A' 3) Processes for 'B'.

Is it possible to create a filter or function at the beginning of this document where if I wanted to only see the general processes throughout the document, I would be able to click something to pull in all general processes and hide the rest. Alternatively, if I wanted to see only processes specific to 'A', I could filter the document to only see processes with 'A'? And so on and so forth.

Please let me know if this is doable. I searched everywhere on the internet and wasn't able to find anything.
