My Word docs are opening up as black with white fonts

The change occurred during an update last year. It prints out as white with black fonts, so that's not the issue, it's just disconcerting for this 77 year old to deal with - change, ya' know?



Being that I just ratted out my age, could you be so kind as to take pity on me and tell me in the simplest terms, how I can change back to a white sheet?
