Hi folks

I've set global printing preferences on my HP Deskjet 2540 and all the apps I use to print adhere to them.........except Word.

Word insists that I print documents in normal quality and I have to change the preference with each new document.

I tried editing normal.dotm but that didn't seem to work. Is there a workaround for this?
