Hi, I'm trying to fathom if I can have a hyperlink auto update itself, when I have altered the paragraphs of a document, by taking out a paragraph which is not relevant to a particular client.
eg, I have a sub-clause 1.2.3 which hyperlinks to Clause 3 - that's fine, however I've had to remove clause 2 and so clause 3 becomes clause 2 in auto numbering, but the hyperlink still refers to clause 3 Any help would be appreciated, sorry if I haven't explained what I'm trying to do, not sure how else to put it. |

Rather than hyperlinks, use cross-references, which you could mark with the hyperlink style if you needed.
