Default How to display tag in Content Control instead of title

How to display the Content control Tag text instead of the Title text in 'Design mode'. It is working correctly in 2010 but this behavior changed in Office 2016. Can anybody help me to overcome this issue?

I've also attached the screenshot of Office 2010 vs Office 2016
