word 2015 menu does not stay open
if the home tab is selected the menu appears. With any action in the text the menu disappears. |

Click on the little down arrow that appears at the right-hand end of the title bar. Alternatively, Ctrl-F1.

Here's what it looks like when the tabs are hidden, too. Then there is no title bar and no Account Info.
If the tabs are visible, you can simply double-click on a tab to make the full ribbon stick around. Are you on a Mac? Things may look a bit different. |
