word 2015 menu does not stay open

Here's what it looks like when the tabs are hidden, too. Then there is no title bar and no Account Info.

If the tabs are visible, you can simply double-click on a tab to make the full ribbon stick around.

Are you on a Mac? Things may look a bit different.

This is with Win 10. Double click on tab works.
