Your description suggests that either:
a) you have not used the Heading Styles for all the headings; and/or b) your Table of Contents was last refreshed before some/most of the headings were added.

I have used the heading styles for all the headings. The heading that shows up has the heading 1 style, but the three others eith the same heading 1 style still doesn't show up. And I also created the heading after I used all the heading styles, and trying to update it several times but it still won't work.. But thanks for the reply!
