There is a style in my template called Normal,Normal Text. It has been applied in the template. I want to rename it to Normal-SINGLE to make it easier for users to find in the Styles in use list. How can I do that?

You could create a new Style named Normal-SINGLE, based on Normal,Normal Text, then use Find/Replace to replace the Normal,Normal Text Style with the Normal-SINGLE Style. You can then delete the Normal,Normal Text Style.
