I tried to go to HP support for printer drivers, but was not successful in downloading
any drivers and software... also it appears they might have a security problem using their URL's. Also, I tried to use the software which came with the printer..Diagnostics/Tools.. and it also said the software is up to date. Second, I have not tried repairing the Office Installation because MS Office was already on my computer (received it as a used computer and no disc to use). perhaps I can find a solution somewhere?
