Hi all,
I had a quick question in regards to seeing if it is possible to automatically pull data from a Word doc to fill into the body of a MS Outlook email template. I have created an inventory catalog that contains key information about each part such as part number, description, and price. Each part has its own page containing this information. (ex. 5 parts 5 separate pages) I want to be able to create a MS Outlook template that automatically pulls the part number from the Word doc to auto-fill in the body of the email. MS Outlook Template Sample: "Hi, I was looking through your inventory and wanted to know if you had <Part Number> available in stock? Thank you" Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated! |
