Endnote Title does not appear in Index
Hi,
I added to my endnotes a title (Title1). When I now create an Index for the whole document, the title for the endnotes does not appear. Please help. I'm already desperate. Thanks

Without actually seeing the problem document (nit just a screenshot), it can be difficult for anyone to diagnose the issue. Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
