Default Entire document accidentally turned into field code (CRTL + F9)

Dear all,

I seem to have marked all the text in my document (ctrl + A) and then pressed crtl + F9. This apparently turned my whole document into a field code. When I toggle field code I do not see the text anymore.

I tried to convert it into text by ctrl + shift +F9 but this only makes my whole document disappear (except the comments).

I'm pretty sure this is a trivial thing but I cant seem to reverse this mistake.

I would really like to get my text back.

Please help me! That would be much appreciated.

Best,
Martin
