Automatically? No, but you could probably use the replace function with the wildcard option set to find numbers and format them with the required colour - see http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm

Consider doing a find-and-replace operation where you replace "0" with "0", but the second one is formatted the way you want. In the replace window, click "More", and it'll give you formatting options. Then do the same for 1, 2, etc. - 10 find-and-replace operations is a bit clunky, but I can't think of a faster approach that is guaranteed to only pick up digits.

But then, numbers don't always consist of digits alone - thousand & decimal separators are quite common. And dates use digits, too, but aren't numbers...
