Consider doing a find-and-replace operation where you replace "0" with "0", but the second one is formatted the way you want. In the replace window, click "More", and it'll give you formatting options. Then do the same for 1, 2, etc. - 10 find-and-replace operations is a bit clunky, but I can't think of a faster approach that is guaranteed to only pick up digits.
