Different Word page numbering in header and footer

Thank you, but could you please explain to me step by step where I am supposed to insert those fields because I tried and tried but I don't understand the basic concept.
As I understand some of these fields go in the body of the word document and some in the place where I want the right page number to be displayed. But how?
