Windows 10 Spelling and Grammar Check Does Not Parse Whole Document

Ctrl+A to select all text.
Then under the Reviewing Tab under Language check the proofing language setting.
If the box for "Do not check spelling or grammar" is not clear (empty) click on it until it is.
Run spell check again.
