My preference is Greg Maxey's version, but that may be simply because I am used to it.
Content Control Tools Both Graham and Greg have far more knowledge of this area than I do. I believe you would be using a mapped or cross-referenced drop-down content control unless you want to use an IF Field to test the content of the mapped [check box] control and give your desired text.
