Simplest method is Mail Merge. Under find recipient on the Mailings Tab, call up your company name. That is, the company name is simply one of the merge fields.


You can, if you want, restrict the search to one field.
I have a number of templates that I use that incorporate an AutoNew macro that automatically attaches the prefered data file in Excel to the new document when a document is created.
