I am trying to build an Autocorrect library of frequently used words, particularly proper names; for some reason, I am getting automatic 'carriage return' (reverse paragraph symbol) insertions when the defined word is inserted, which is making for a lot of stupid back-spacing.
I have tried: Plain Text Formatted Text Copying & pasting the precise word and spacing from a document Entering the word both with and without desired spacing directly into Autocorrect I would be happy simply to have the words as desired, with NO following spacing, but what I am getting is - the word, IMMEDIATELY followed by a 'carriage' return to the following line; sometimes with TWO returns. Having the ability to enter the word WITH desired spacing (i.e. two blank spaces following a colon) would be ideal! This is in Word 2013. Anyone seen this/able to fix it? Thanks! |
