The Office 2010 and earlier language packs are discontinued and are no longer available. See:
https://support.office.com/en-US/art...010E1#BKMK_LIP If you can find your previous (pre-SP2) Language Pack download, you can apply the SP2 update to it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...guage-pack-sp2
