If you have both the revised document and the original, you can use Word's 'Compare' tool to identify the changes. It won't help with any lost comments, but you'll at least be able to identify the changes.

Accordingly, you should provide links on all the forums concerned to all the other forums on which you posted. If you don't, you're liable to find yourself being told off - or even your topic closed and/or your membership terminated - once someone realises what you've done.
