I'm a graduate student in the health disciplines, so all of my papers need to follow the very strict APA guidelines. Unfortunately, Word 2011 for Mac doesn't seem to agree. Whenever I close and reopen a document, any references that include a website are autoformatted to a different font (Arial) and size from what is required (Times New Roman). I have removed hyperlinks and this still happens. Any assistance in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
