Line Spacing Issue for Word for Mac

Thank you for your reply and for your help. Yes, I was referencing the blue highlighted/selected area.

Changing the .95 didn't fix the issue. I've attached a new screenshot.

Try changing it to 12 pts. 43.2 pts is still a lot.
There are 72 points per inch. 43.2/72; do the math. It looks to me that this is about what you are getting.
