Hi,
I have made a contract template that uses InfoPath fields, filled in within the Document Panel to populate the contents of the contract. I would like to use checkboxes to govern certain contents of the document template. Example: In the document panel I have a text box titled 'Recipient' and a checkbox titled 'Modifications'. If I type 'Joe Bloggs' into the 'Recipient' text box, his name is added to the document. This works fine. If I check the checkbox 'Modifications' I'd like text referring to modifications in the document to appear. I can't work out how to do this. I imagine I'd use IF fields but I can't work out how to refer to the checkbox within the formula. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? |
