Sequence of words is changed when using Google input tools Marathi font

I am using MS Office 2007 and Office 2013 on Windows 10 OS.
I am using Google Input tools
I notice that the sequence of words is changed in a sentence. The words appear correctly (they are not garbled. The letters are Ok.)
Has anyone faced this problem?
