![]() Word (I'm using Word 2016 for Mac) by default adds a reviewer's name to each and every comment to a text and and each and every text change in Track Changes. Is there a way to turn this off? When there's only one reviewer, and when the author of the text knows perfectly the reviewer's identity, there is absolutely no need for him / her to see a hundred times the reviewer's name. Any help much appreciated! |

I have this same problem, and it is serious!!! "improvements" to track changes seem to be geared to groups edits, but they are a disaster for single editors with single clients. I am making a lot of small changes on a ms., and my name litters up the margins to no advantage whatsoever. I could do without the date and time as well!!!! Please Microsoft find a solution to this problem
