I inherited a document that I need to fix as the numbering in places is erratic. It will look something like this (also sample document attached) : 1. Paragraph 2. Paragraph (and then suddenly jumps to 19.1) 19.1 Paragraph 19.2 Paragraph The first few paragraphs have a level 1 style attached to it which has outline numbering level 1, e.g. 1. France whilst the next few paragraphs have a level 2 style attached to it which has outline numbering level 2 e.g. 19.1 Paris How can I get it to be 2.1 and 2.2 instead of 19.1 and 19.2? Any assistance greatly appreciated! Kenneth |
