This font has worked for the last 17 years in all versions of word since Word XP including Word 2016 as of a couple of months ago.
It also doesn't work if I print to PDF. I used three different PDF drivers, same result. At first, I thought it was the PDF driver, until I printed directly from Word. Here, I have the exact line height to 22.5 points. Even if when the text was at 1 pt, the line still shifted. I tried it with a font size of 120 points and the line shifted by the same measurement as the 1 point font size. This behavior even happens if I create a table with an exact row width. I thought for sure that this would prevent the problem. But it wouldn't. So is it likely that with the most recent revision to Word that there is now a bug with the Linotext font? |
