Hello,
I'm trying to do data analysis from multiple sources. I have a list of tags in a master Excel sheet and I'm trying to compare a Word report to see if every tag is there. In the Word report, the tags are listed in text boxes inserted over pictures. I have approximately 150 pages with multiple pictures per page and multiple tags per picture. I would like to be able to select all text from all text boxes to see if I could copy and paste this in Excel and do some data cleaning there. Additional information - All tags in text boxes are of the following format : VLXXX where XXX are numbers - Unfortunately, the picture labels also contain "VL". PIC ROT VL YYY where YYY are numbers - There is no relation between XXX and YYY numbers Any suggestions ? |
