Need to remove Document Type list from document

I have a template that someone has created a drop down list of document types for the Document Type property. I want to either remove or modify that list and I can't figure out how.

I'm in Word 2016.

You can see Document Type either by:

* Going to Fil > Info > Properties and viewing Document Type

or

* Opening the quick parts and choosing Document Property > Document Type.

When accessing Document Type, I'm given a list of items to select. I can't see how to edit or remove this list.

Any ideas?
