Word 2016 no pop-up box describing font colors

Hello, new to the forums here and in need of help.

For a class on office 2016, I have to change the font color to specific colors. When I click the arrow and open the font colors, there are no descriptions of the exact color when I hover over any of them.

On my wife's laptop using office 2016 there is a pop up telling exactly what the color is. So I'm wondering if there is a setting that may be turned off on my computer that will enable me to see this information on my computer.

Sorry folks, I just corrected my problem. In options, I had the ScreenTip Style: set to not show screen tips.

Hope that may help somebody in the future.
