There is no need to use a hyperlink for this. Simply bookmark whatever you want to refer to, then insert a page reference to that bookmark, via Insert|Cross Reference. The trouble with using hyperlinks for this is that, if you edit the document such that the page # for the reference changes, the hyperlink will not update its display to reflect the changes; cross-references do.
