Default How To Resolve Word 'Red Underlines' Throughout The Document?

Hi

I had outsourced the creation of an article to a writer, he delivered it as a Word Document, but as soon as I opened and clicked 'Enable Editing', all the text across the document started getting the red underline for some reason. You can check the screenshot here - https://i.snag.gy/RtvAOL.jpg

There were no major spelling or grammatical errors that I could find, so I'm not sure what's causing this, when I copied the text and pasted in onto my WordPress text editor, I faced the same issue yet again.

It could have been due to Word compatibility issues, I currently use Office 365, but I have got similar work done by other writers before, and haven't faced any such issues.

Please do let me know if any of you have an idea of what could be the reason behind this and if there is any way to resolve this.

Regards
