There's a fundamental layout difference between the two documents - 'monax flyer' is in portrait, 'Problem Doc' is in landscape. The margin settings also differ. Perhaps you'd do better by making a copy of 'monax flyer' via Windows Explorer, then editing that. That way, you'll be starting off with an exact replica - page setup included.

I understand they are different layouts. I just added the original doc in case it could help figure out why when I copied that it came over in two.
My real issue is the problem doc. I want to copy what I have in the one column right now and paste it in the second column as well so I can cut the paper in half and have two flyers to hand out for each sheet. How would I make a copy of the problem doc in windows explorer? Since that is the one I want to print might as well just get straight to editing that. Any idea why the mirrored version is uneditable or what's going on there? |

Both your 'monax flyer' and 'Problem Doc', however, exhibit only one copy. Naturally, if you pasted it twice into the 'Problem Doc', you'd expect to have two copies, but I see no evidence of that, either. Nor is I see a 'mirrored version'. If your system displays a mirrored version, perhaps there's an issue with your Office installation or display driver.
