Hello,
I'm trying to help a friend make a Word document to print labels for products with expiration date. I made a table with two columns and 10 rows, and i inserted the label design as an image in each table cell. In each cell i inserted a small text box where the actual expiration date should show. Now i need a way to auto insert the expiration date in each text box (expiration date is 14 days from today). I tried using date field and adding 14 days to it but i can't make it work. Any help would be appreciated. Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 04-07-2017 at 05:11 PM. Reason: Mark as solved |

The field coding for this is rather more complex than just taking a DATE field's value and adding 14. To see how to do this and just about everything else you might want to do with dates in Word, check out my Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial in the 'Sticky' thread at the top of this forum:
Microsoft Word Date Calculation Tutorial In particular, look at the item titled Calculate a day, date, month and year, using n days delay. Do read the document's introductory material.
