I followed the steps as written for Word 2013 three times. It didn't work. The fields disappeared. As if I'd hit the delete key. I didn't hit the delete key. But still they disappeared. Three times.
"It doesn't work" is an accurate statement. No amount of digestion will change this. If you have an insight as to why it didn't work, that would be very helpful.
