I'm running Word 2013 on Windows 7.
I just resurrected a file that is more than 20 years old and was created on a different system. I turned it into a word document some time ago. The transition was not smooth, and there are dozens of cases where two words were run together or spaces after commas didn't show up. Autocorrect is indicating these with red squiggly underlining and they can be individually corrected by right clicking and selecting the proposed correction. But it would save a hell of a lot of time if I could simply tell word to make all these corrections in one fell swoop, and I can't figure out how to do that. Can it be done? Thanks. |
