Hi,

I recently installed Widows 10 and Office 2016. Since then I have the following problems:
- The "safe as" function works only once next use word hangs
(This function gives the same problems with excel and scanned pages)
- Opening word or excel attachments to a word document doesn't function. (PDF is ok)



Anybody the same problems? What is the solution?

Presumably you mean 'Save As'.

Have you tried repairing the Office installation (via Windows Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Microsoft Office (version) > Change > Repair)?

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the tip. After carrying out the repair SAVE in Word worked, however saving a page scanned (With HP Officejet 4620) still does not work.
Any tip? May be I should remove the drivers entirely and reinstall the allin1 printer/scanner drivers.

It's not clear this has anything to do with Word. If the problem concerns saving from the scanner, reinstalling or updating to its latest software may be the solution - check the HP website.
