That depends. Depending on the document, using StyleRef fields or Section breaks might be appropriate. Without actually seeing the document, it can be difficult for anyone to advise on the best course. Can you attach an extract from the document to a post (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.
