I was messing around with the macros tab on the ribbon and who knows what I did. All I know is now my Ctrl F9 key isn't working and I'm trying to add If then statements into a template I was working on. What did I do and how do I undo it so the Ctrl F9 key works again!!!

Click File | Options | Customize Ribbon. Click the Customize button. In the Customize Keyboard dialog box, locate the All Commands category. Click the InsertFieldChars command. Click in the "Press new shortcut key" box and press Ctrl F9. Make sure that "Save changes in" is set to "Normal.dotm" and click Assign.

Most keyboards have twin functions for the F-keys. Make sure you have the FKey lock correctly configured.
