Good day,
Where I work, we use tons of template letters. From time to time, the organization will change names, or sections with change names, or a new manager is in place so the signature block changes... so I'm constantly modifying all the letters, which is time consuming. So, I was thinking... Is there a way to create like an original template letter that I could update certain fields, which would update all the other letters' fields?? Example: if the section or the branch of the organization gets renamed, I would have to change the original template with the new name. Then all the other letters would be automatically changed with the new name. Does it make sense?? Is that even a possibility with word?? That would save me so much time!!!Your help would be appreciated! Thank you very much for any feedback or ideas! ![]() J |
